I think the door skins will fit but the locking and mounting positions between 240z and 260z are quite different.

I was under the impression that the coupe doors are the same, but the 2+2 doors are different. But I can't back that up and I am only about 5% sure.

I am 90% sure that I could do with some better doors though. I stopped looking at the under side of the inner skins because it was getting depressed.

You have to relocate the catch where the locking mechanism on the door is and perhaps also the mount where the door hangs off.

The skins would fit as they are the same dimensions but it's a bit of work either way and i think most just repair 240z doors.

I have not completely confirmed this but was told when I wanted to fix my 240z doors. on my old 240z, my new 240z still has this issue and I will address soon just deciding on if i should repray the entire car as the paint job on my bonnet wasn't the best when i had that redone.
