April 19, 200420 yr comment_77828 My '78 280z had the weatherstripping on the window frame like your picture shows. My '75 280z doesn't. And the latest MSA catalog indicates that only the 75-78 models had the weatherstripping on the window frame. I know that my '75 Z's window frames are original to the car, so maybe my Z has leftover '74 frames? Ain't this FUN??? April 19, 200420 yr comment_77829 Chris,I belive, as Carl said, that it is a '73 240Z. I had a '73 many years ago and remember the door pulls. I now have an early 260Z and it has the same one piece handles as the 280Z.Skip Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/11334-the-best-classic-z/?&page=2#findComment-77829 Share on other sites
April 19, 200420 yr comment_77843 Originally posted by Datsun-Fever Ok, so how would i go about installing one of these bad boys? http://www.zcarparts.com/store/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Category_Code=7AD1 thanks. Which one? I've got their 50-1411 on my car and it's just a matter of un-bolting the original front valence panels and bolting the air dam in place.
