I'd pay more than that...but pics would dictate how much more. Can ya post a few to give me an idea?

Also, I assume it's title is clear? I had some trouble with the last "quick sale" I bought. Basically a bitch and a half to get it registered and on the road w/o one....

Thanks!!!

I have posted a pic under "Pictures of Zcars" but site is pending. If you would like, I can email you pics but I need your email address. As for the title, I have pink slip but no California "SMOG" certificate, which is required for registration in this state. There is no problem if you plan to part out car. I'm not sure what your state may request to register car. This is why car is being sold AS IS winning bid pays fees if there are any.

Are you sure about your '74 260z needing to be smogged? I believe and have been told by "California smog certified" auto mechanics here in Ventura, Ca. that cars 30 years old and older are exempt. It sure would be worth looking into at DMV. BTW, it appears from the pic you displayed that you have an early issue '74 so that may play favorably into making it exempt as well.

Good luck with the sale!

Rob,

Thanks for the info. What you state may be true. The thing is, I do not want to be held responsible. This is why I am selling the car “as is for parts” best offer. Hopefully the new owner will be able to avoid smog requirements.
