Posted April 26, 200420 yr comment_78620 Here in California every year there is a non-competitive vintage rally that starts at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. The rules are that the car be of 1957 year model or older. Most of the cars were European, but there were some American too. I thought that many of you might find this interesting even though there are no Z's. I hope it is anyway. Here are the pics. I will post more later. By the way, these are some of the most beautiful cars I have ever seen. Take care, Ben:classic: Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/11447-california-mille-photos/ Share on other sites

April 26, 200420 yr comment_78626 Ben:If you like this sort of thing, you really ought to get to the Monterey Historic Automobile Races held at Laguna Seca each year. You'll think you're in Heaven. This years featured marque is Ferrari. There will be many other marques in attendance, but you'll be drowning in Ferrari's Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/11447-california-mille-photos/#findComment-78626 Share on other sites

April 26, 200420 yr Author comment_78628 I went to the monterey historics 3 or 4 years ago and the theme was Maserati and there were more Ferrari's than Maserati's there. The parking lot was comparable to the cars in the races. Here is a Ferrari 250gt TDF(Tour de France). I love these cars too. April 26, 200420 yr Author comment_78631 I have a ton more pics. If you are after a certain marque I can post more. I have more of Jaguar, Ferrari, Porsche, Alfa Romeo, Cristalia, Triumph, AC, Pierce Arrow, Mercedes, and probably some more that I cannot think of or have no clue what they are. I hope you guys like the photos. There should be a Z rally. That would be cool.
