Anyone interested in a hard to find set of WATANABE style wheels ?

Then these are just the thing for you…15X7 OLDSCHOOL WATANABE’s taken from my 240Z drifter.

They should fit most things 4 STUD but let’s face it folks – they look best stuffed under a AE86, S13 or WANGAN Z car.

They currently have a set of 205 60 15’s on the front and 65’s on the rear but they really WOULD NOT be suitable for legal road use.

Alas the rear kirbside rim has had a runin with the gutter but certainly nothing that would render a rare wheel such as this useless.

Also as can be seen in the photo’s they are 2 piece – making them that little bit different again.

I am in Brisbane and would prefer to do the deal locally as I imagine freight would be abit rude PLUS there just aren’t enough OLDSCHOOL cars in Brisbane…

$900

Call me on 0403 21 6969 as lately I have not been jumping online much so may not get back to your enquiry soon enough.

Are you sure that these wheels were actually made by Watanabe?

I don't see the Watanabe logo on them. Is that a "BR" casting mark on them? I can't see all that clearly from the photos, but they might be a set of "Black Racing" or even Bridgestone wheels from the mid to late 1980's.

I would have to agree with Alan, that definately looks like the Black Racing 'BR' logo inside the oval. As opposed to the three birds in the circle RS-Watanabe logo.

Not Watanabe's but the same 8 spoke style.

They also look to be quite a positive offset, more suited to a modern car. What kind of suspension did the 240Z drift car have? do you have pics of them on the car itself?
