dashboard screws and rear panel

I am looking for screws that hold the Heater control/radio panel in place on my 1971 240Z. They have a dark brown/black translucent finish. The silver ones I obtained from my local Nissan dealer do not look quite right. There are only 4 of them.

Also am looking for the embellisher/black trim panel which goes around the taillights and under the license plate. Or is there someway to refinish the one I have?
