May 13, 200420 yr comment_80845 Hello Kats, I have been cleaning my engine bay piece by piece and I noticed that the master cylinder bell housing is made by Jidoshakiki. The actual master cylinder and the caps for the brake fluid are made by Tokico, Japan. This may be different for a 240 as I am looking at the parts on my 260. Here is a picture of the label on the bell housing of the master cylinder. -Ben:classic: Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/11696-how-many-manufactures-can-you-list-up/#findComment-80845 Share on other sites
May 13, 200420 yr comment_80848 Kats out of curiosity do you have a picture of what an original battery looks like?I'd imagine nearly all would no longer have the original one.By the way I can't add to that list. May 13, 200420 yr comment_80853 Originally posted by v12horse Hello Kats, Here is a picture of the label on the bell housing of the master cylinder. No criticism intended, but for clarity, this item is the Brake Booster, or Master Vac unit. A vacuum operated unit that assists in transmitting brake pedal pressure to the actual brake hydraulic system. May 13, 200420 yr comment_80882 Here's a scan of the Nissan R-DRIVE parts book pic of YUASA batteries. I think these were from the "Pafecta" range of YUASA batteries: Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/11696-how-many-manufactures-can-you-list-up/#findComment-80882 Share on other sites
