November 17, 201014 yr comment_336243 KAL7467See Post #27 - Kats expressed an interest in the engine block casting codes. That is how the list I Posted got started.Kats shows a picture of the block casting codes - and that seems to be the number you are missing.FWIW,Carl B. November 19, 201014 yr comment_336399 Yes, it is interesting ,Johnny'O your 240Z would have a very old block , assembled late 1969.Who has "9618@" , 18th Jun 1969 is my birthday.I want to see it.kats Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/11743-1970-engine/?&page=8#findComment-336399 Share on other sites
November 19, 201014 yr comment_336405 Yes, after sifting through this thread I was surprised to see that early of a block date also. My block serial number is also low compared to others that were "built" in 01/70. Maybe mine was pulled off the line for one reason or another.
