Posted May 28, 200420 yr comment_83122 Can I install a set on eibach springs from a 77 280z onto my 73 240z? What issues might I have with this swap? If not, what kind of price can I get for the springs on Ebay? May 28, 200420 yr comment_83127 They will fit, but they 280 springs will be longer than the replacement 240 springs and you'll end up with a taller ride height unless you cut the springs. As for what you could get, it's difficult to tell about Ebay.... some people will pay as much or more than the original price for things, and other times you have a hard time getting half your investment back. May 28, 200420 yr Author comment_83131 Thanks 2ManyZs.I think I will save myself the trouble and not install them. I bought a 77 for the engine and tranny. I thought I would check to see what other parts I could swap out. The guy told me that the springs and shocks were almost brand new before he parked the car.oh well.
