A front bumper here in the states in that condition would at least be $100-150 USD. A braided radiator hose went for I think $110 USD.

Considering that it costs about that to get an old one rechromed, I think I'll go the rechroming route. Also looks like it has a ding in it anyway.

He also assumes that a 260z front bumper is the same as 240. Is this right?

As far as I can tell all front bumpers on aussie Z's are the same as the 240Z ones, the only minor difference may be that some of the 240 ones had holes drilled for those horrid UK style blinkers on top.

It's nothing special. Has three little dings, chome is still ok, just pretty dirty. The black rubber bits are cracked, but still there. Dunno that anyone would really want it. Would look ok though if I cleaned it up, straighten out those dings, and did something (?) about the rubber bits.
