In my dreams: Watanabe wheels

Those are sweet, Ben.

I got out bid on that last set. Didn't want to commit too deep on them because their offset was questionable. But the are dead on.

Since I've started "Shopping", I've seen that they come up from time to time for a reasonable price. I've started to keep my eye on the club4ag.com forums as that seems to be a hot bed of wheels for sale that fit Z's, Roadsters and Bluebirds.

Get these wheels for your Zed Victor! You will be the hippest guy on the block. I am a member of Club4ag.com and I have been looking at the classifieds there for a while. I always look at the AE86 wheels on ebay because they all fit the Z, but they can take a wider wheel than the Z without flares.

Hey Victor

There's another place you can try too - get a new shipment roughly every month - it's where i found mine... SoCal Alteration (or Alta for short) run by some Japanese kids in Temple City, almost exactly at the corner of Valley and Temple City Blvd

Although not directly Watanabe related, I thought I'd mention that I've got my eye on some nice (well they will be once I'm finished) other old style JDM wheels for the C110, the only problem is I might need to have flares fitted first before I can put them on, but they're a nice wheel until I can get my hands on some dished Watanabe's. Not that there's anything wrong with my current Watanabe's... I just miss having dished rims.

I'll fill in the details about the wheels I'm looking at once/if I get them.

On another note.. those mentioned Watanabe's would be fantastic, pity they're in America :P

Nah, they're not Longchamps XR4's.

I'll let you know soon enough, if you haven't heard anything by Tuesday next week then remind me. ;)

Oh.. and James is going to help me out with getting that guy to make some flares once I've got some cash set aside for them, so that's all good. Having a job really helps with the money side of things

Got some shocks and springs for the front waiting at the local Nissan dealer too, $415.98NZD. :surprised
