Posted July 25, 200420 yr comment_88779 Hey, Does anyone know if SSR reverse mesh 16x7 and 16x8 with a +26 offset will fit on a 240Z without flares or coilovers? Acceptable range is supposedly 0- +15 right? Thanks for any help. July 27, 200420 yr comment_89026 I am not sure on the SSR wheels, but the 0- +15 is correct for offset for a Z. Anything more positive for a Z and you might want to get spacers to compensate for it. Personally, the dish on 0- +3 mm wheels looks great. Good luck with the wheels. Ask some of the guys that have the mesh wheels what there size and offsets are. I am sure someone here is running SSR mesh wheels. July 27, 200420 yr comment_89048 From the conversations I've had, on a 16X7 wheel with unflared fenders, a +15 is best. Willing to bet a +26 WILL hit the strut towers/springs Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/12649-ssr-reverse-mesh-offset-question/#findComment-89048 Share on other sites
July 27, 200420 yr comment_89058 Hi Victor. What would the best off set be for a 14 by 7.5J or 14 by 7J be? I have asked this so many times, but have never really gotten a straight answer. Is 0- +3 okay for both sizes? ThanksBen Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/12649-ssr-reverse-mesh-offset-question/#findComment-89058 Share on other sites

Know for a fact that 14X7 is a sure fit in the range -5 ~ +12 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/12649-ssr-reverse-mesh-offset-question/#findComment-89206 Share on other sites

You need to run 65 or 60 series tires to keep the tires off the fender lip. (from what I've been told by folks using them, mine are still in the boxes) Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/12649-ssr-reverse-mesh-offset-question/#findComment-89207 Share on other sites
