Mr Camouflage Posted August 3, 2004 Share #2 Posted August 3, 2004 How much are they to begin with? That will give people an idea of what you mean by a lower price. How bad are your doors? couldnt you weld up the rust?
shane4golf Posted August 3, 2004 Author Share #3 Posted August 3, 2004 theres a place in aus. wants $250 ea. its not the rust the door has a lot of waves from being hit or bumped. so instead of spending hour upon hours sanding and filling i thouht this would be the best way to go. Mr Camouflage Posted August 5, 2004 Share #4 Posted August 5, 2004 Probably cheaper to have a pannel beater knock the dents out, than replace the door skins.

alien-e Posted September 29, 2004 Share #11 Posted September 29, 2004 Your best, and cheapest source for doorskins is Tabco. Thier products can be sourced from victoria british, but sadly victoria british almost doubles the price. Fortunately, you can order directly from their website here: http://www.tabcobodyparts.com/I ordered a rear wheel arch with lower front quarter section for $54.75, while it's over $95.00 from VB. (Those are US $ by the way). It's smooth, and fits snug over the old panel. I'll be cutting the old panel out sometime next month to replace the damaged wheel arch.
