Well, folks, I finally pulled off the pulley:

Then, I tried to put pulley(Nissan Euro damper) back on the crankshaft. It seems the the pulley does not go further into the crankshaft nor straight/alinged. When I turnd the engine on , the pulley was wobbling during idling.

Anyway, initially, I used hammered the pulley back on front of the crankshaft, then I placed the allen bolt into the front crankshaft for further pully back on right place , but it did not go further.

How to put a pulley back on the cranshafts without wobbling or fit in the crankshaft right postion :bunny: ? Hammering, use of impact wrench?

I notcied that when the diameter of the crankshaft is little bit large than the hole of the damper?

I need advice, please.

Hopefully you didn't ruin your new pulley by hammering on it. It should have slid on the crankshaft without much effort. It could have been crooked and when you started to hammer on it you could have gouged either the shaft, key or the pulley. Take it back off and inspect for dammage. Next remove the key and clean everything with some emerycloth (200 grit). Trial fit the pulley. Like I said earlier it should go on without much effort. Make sure it's not binding on the key. If it goes on then take it back off and coat the shaft with some anti-sieze. Assemble and torque your the bolt to spec. If the pulley still won't go on then you will have to take it all to a machine shop where they can measure the crankshaft and bore out the pulley.
