Ironically enough there's a Japanese place right outside the base gate that has three hot HS30's on average for sale.

Hmmm... sounds like an opportunity knocking...

Have you considered brokering a deal? As a member of our military, can't you ship a car home with you when you return?

There's gotta be more than one person here who'd like a RHD direct from Japan...

After reading all these responses why am I reminded of "The Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy" and the Ark #2??

I would agree that my job (accounts/IT) places me in the useless third of the population :). Feel free to jettison me off to another planet, as long as they have roads/fuel and I can take my z as luggage. :)

I'm with abas. Only if I had no mortgage, Zed on the road, a passive income then I might jump the fence and stop working in IT, until then my green thumb is still working on finding that elusive money tree :stupid:

The comittee for the creation of the wheel is deadlocked over what color it should be (or something like that).

Not knocking anybodys job (Ark #1 thru #3), just amazed at how people change fields of work and also some of the more unusual jobs. I've been a patternmaker (20 years), product designer (7 years) and Swiss CNC machinest/programer (4 years). Eventually want to move to Cancun and be a real estate speculator/taxi medalion leassor.

I fiddle with computers and things connected to computers for the terrestial division of the Borg for about 18 years. I lead a team of Borg computer fiddlers also. I have my B.S.M.E. and worked in Engineering R&D for various concerns for a number of years inventing things that made other people rich. I went back to computer fiddling when I finally realized the profits from the things I came up with would never be shared with me.
