Let's see how the bidding compares to Burt's silver 71 Z just a week or so ago, which died at $22.1K . Car is in same area of the country, & has 10K more miles than Burt's car.

Well. the auction is over and the selling price was $18,099.00

Beginning IMO to look like the $30K bid for the Silver 1971 240Z was an aberation. In 2 subsequent auctions of that car the bidding hasn't gotten even close to that figure. No sale at $24K on the last auction

1. no front plate (thats considered a felony punishable by death in CA)

2. no rear plate

2a. no rear plate means no tags

actually one picture you can kinda see the rear plate. looks like 8758263
