Right now, saturday monring at 8:50 am PDT it is about halfway donw the listing, a yellow "rust free 73" from California. Auction expires in 2 days, 10 hours. It really looks pretty good save for speakers in the door.It has one closr up shot showing an ORIGINAL HUBCAP!But the photos of the entire car show later caps...Bid is at 3600 dollars, reserve met... August 28, 200420 yr comment_93050 If you want to cut & paste the link, just place a ' ? ' between the two seperate lines of link, it'll work fine. Alternatively, click this... August 28, 200420 yr comment_93055 Thought I'd give posting the link a shot, as well as a couple pics. Nice looking car, wish I had the funds to buy it. "D" wheel covers, cracked dash, but doesn't look like there is any visible rust. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=2487690891&category=6187 Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/13032-series-one-listed-as-a-73/#findComment-93055 Share on other sites
August 28, 200420 yr comment_93057 Odd that the floorpan drain plug is painted the body color. The Z's that I've owned had these plugs unpainted. I suspect a repaint, or some other shenanigansCancer bubbles under the paint at bottom of Passenger door as well. I'd be inspecting the entire car very carefully before bidding too highHow nice that the seller has posted the previous owners name and address on the internet! Real class act! Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/13032-series-one-listed-as-a-73/#findComment-93057 Share on other sites
August 28, 200420 yr comment_93069 Yes, I was wondering why they posted that extra information. I don't think I'd want the whole eBay community knowing my personal info. August 29, 200420 yr comment_93115 For a pretty much rust-free & original Series I car, it is going for a very low price. With some work, this car has a lot of potential and will do nothing but appreciate in value. You just don't see too many like this one around anymore. If it was for sale in Colorado and not California, I would try to buy it! August 31, 200420 yr comment_93345 The "D" hubcaps are only on one side of the car? The others are "Z" hubcaps. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/13032-series-one-listed-as-a-73/#findComment-93345 Share on other sites
