September 7, 200420 yr comment_94150 Nope! There are many of us that wish someone did though. Your best bet is to search the junk yards for one that is not rusted (if you're VERY lucky). Next best is to either repair what you have or have a new piece fabricated (EXPENSIVE). Sorry I couldn't have had better news for you. September 7, 200420 yr comment_94151 after manny manny attempts to find one, my suggestion is to move the battery to the back and fab up a nice place to put some accerrocies(much easier than fabbing a bettery tray) in the previous area, unless off course you are trying to stay orrigional. i share your pain dan edit: bty i have a complete factory option ac unit for a 72 if you are interested (cheap for members) trades welcome Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/13151-battery-tray/#findComment-94151 Share on other sites
September 7, 200420 yr comment_94174 In theory there were quite a few in the UK, as there are a number of LHD cars that have been imported over here, and converted to RHD. The LHD battery tray is probably discarded in the process as it is handed, and will not transfer across to the other side.If you are really interested in an original battery tray, it might be worth making some enquiries this side of the pond, as there are cars being converted all the time over here, and there are only a few places will actually undertake the conversion, and who might still have the battery tray.Hope it helpsAndrew Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/13151-battery-tray/#findComment-94174 Share on other sites
