Help! Will a 78 2+2 fender fit a 240?

I have a 1973 240 with a rusted front fender and have found a fender off of a 1978 2+2. Do any of you guys know if it is interchangable? Thanks

MSA sells fenders and lists a single part number for 1970-1978.
