I mentioned in post #14 what I thought was wrong. But, as a noob, you as a group far surpassed what I saw...

ZHome.com mentioned exterior/interior color combos, which initially got me thinking (silver/black in 1973 with silver/red being a 72 combo.) But, I think I was inferring something that may not have been true.

Regards,

-The rear bumper is missing the rubber tips between the bumper and the body.

-The muffler is missing the stock stainless/black tip. New Exhaust?

-Missing seat hinge cover on Driver side.

-Is that a original leather shifter boot?

-The door panel interior "chrome" trim is stripped off exposing the blue underneath on drivers door

-The non-stock clamps on the fuel lines at carbs?

Man my eyes hurt...

GunnerRob,

The hubcaps shown are not 'D' hubcaps. They are appropriate for the model / year car. 'D' hubcaps would be inappropriate.

karst,

Rubber tips between the bumper and the body would not be appropriate for this model / year car. In fact, rubber tips are not appropriate for any HLS30 to the best of my knowledge. Gear shift boots are vinyl except for 1969 built cars - perhaps. I'm still researching that one.

:surprised

Concerns for me are:

where does the carb bowl vent line dump?..wraps around bowl, not to air filter.

Missing Metel filler between front bumper and grill..can be hard to find...need to swap on early bumper/brackets, save 30 pounds.

Have hoses been replaced on the fuel tank to stop apparent fuel leak thats stained right side of gas tank.

73 N-33 intake has short studs as 74 "N-36"...both came with thin carb spacer.....appear identical otherwise....
