To test unscrew it from the tranny and turn it while someone watches the speedo for needle movement.ok i couldnt look at the tranny part...no lift yet.i did however discover that the knurled knob was undone at the back of the speedo. I reconnected that--still no luck. also noticed that the "trip odometer" cable was just floating in fid-air not doing anything...must figure out where that goes.
