Update!

MSA did give me a Z car club discount discount-even though it was not indicated on the invoice, it was reflected in the prices. They are sending me a Wheel seal at no charg! Doesn't look like being goofy is what they want to be known for, and Great Customer Service is. I can tell more about a committment to great customer service after a goof up than I can if there isn't one. What a great recovery!
