Just got a new cam (regrind on my original) 269/269 473, should I get new rocker arms or have mine reground by Delta Cams? Some people say get new OEM, whiule others say go with the regrounds. With a 473 lift, shouldn't I get new performance springs since new stock springs, I think, are only good to a 460 lift? Of course I have to get new lash pads, I think I will need 170 or 180. Thanks Keith.

I'm no expert, but if you want to sleep well at night I recommend going with the OEM rockers, new springs, and lash pads. While you're at it, what condition is your timing chain?

You might want to ask our member "Phred" about whether OEM springs are good enough for the cam lift that you now have. He builds engines for a living and knows L6 engines very well.
