Check fusible links. Have you looked under the dash for evidence of a hacked wiring harness? How did you test fuses? Did you remove them all and test them? I'd replace them anyway, What's $3?

ahh...... electrical problems. my new z was hacked as well, so i have work ahead of me....... as a matter of fact she has a (non-operable) cruise control system put into her .... amazing what time and mis-guided ingenuity leads to....

Well, I am not trying to seem lazy, but It has been a little chilly the last couple of nights...... but the overall consesus about the car is that it's rather clean and unmolested.... So I doubt that the harness has been hacked up under the dash, but I do hope to get into it tonight. Thanks for all the help. :classic:

Thanks for the lead also on the sellers, I have been browsing all the different forums looking for different parts. I can definately say this seem to be the best of all of the forums I have found.

BTW, where are the fusable links located at?

I would suggest tht you get a 12 volt buzzer from Radio shack. I glued mine to tongue depressor/craft stick and added wires with clips for the power & ground.

that way you can test for power without having to look, like the brake lights or headlights.
