Is it a JPEG that you are trying to upload?

Also, per Ed's post below, max picture size is 1024 X 768 (pixels)

Also make sure the size of the file isn't too big. I had the same problem. I reduced the size of the picture and it worked.

Thanks but no go. Resized the jpeg image and it still will not upload. Message is "page cannot be displayed". So I will mess around with it some more.
