Posted September 24, 200420 yr comment_96272 I have a set of 215/45R17 tires mounted on RH C2 wheels for my 94 Accord. They have a 40mm backspacing. Will I need to get spacers this thick or will a 30mm set work on my 71 240Z? I'm asking because there's a set on Ebay that I would possibly bid on. September 24, 200420 yr comment_96285 Z cars need close to zero offset so you'd need 40mm thick spacers to mount those wheels. You could try the 30 if you have one. Try it on the front first as you'll want to account for the complete movement of the wheel (up/down/left/right) I have 40's on my Konig wheels. There is about an inch clearance at the lower spring seat. Much luck,Chris Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/13394-how-thick-of-spacer-needed/#findComment-96285 Share on other sites
