August 15, 200519 yr comment_134290 I have all sorts of comments about liberals and tree-huggers ready to pop out right now but I've decided to keep them to my self. Here's one for those folks that've decided to move out of CA but don't know where to go, South Carolina does not require vehicle inspections nor do they require any sort of smog inspections either. Now how many Mustangs and Camaros with any work done to them still have their catalytic convertors? I'll give you a hint, those "off-road" H-pipes sold in the magazines tend to find their way onto the roads in SC. But then again, you'd have to live in SC.
