the 260Z only used one style of headlight connector, the black rubberish bullet style.

The 280Z's (75' to 78') used only one other style of connector, the elongated-white three pin connector.

DATTO-ZED, the picture you posted is a 260Z only plug, no 240z ever used that style and neither did the 280Z.

I don't know what happened to your other plug but it should be identical to the left plug ( according to my research so far)

I'm looking for a supplier to find me those plugs and the ones off the 280 also.

The other plug was no doubt chopped out by the previous owner. They've mutilated just about every other part of the loom. :-/

I had a customer tell me today that his lights came on with the key and not the switch, I think he only has a bad relay but I'd like some feedback from actual harness purchasers who have installed it into their Z.

I didn't get to put it in over the weekend, too much out of town company-lights were bad anyway, it looks like the baby will be here on Friday, so it will probably not happen this weekend either, but several nights next week my wifes family will be here, and I will be in the way-unless I am elbow deep in an engine compartment, adding circuitry to a wiring harness.....

It was just as everyone said. Very high quality. Done like I would have done it. Dave sent me an e-mail confirming receipt of my check...good manners on private internet transaction. Turn around time was quick, 1 week from the day I sent my check. Packaged well.

So far I'm happy.

Instructions appear to be clear. I intend to install it this weekend and will report back.

Dave: My harness showed up today. Haven't had the time to open it and check it out as yet, but I plan to later tonight. Thanks for the quick ship. Think I mailewd my Money order last Weds, so that's a quick turnaround.

I received my harness from Dave quickly. The product is excellent.

I installed it without much difficulty.

Note that Dave is serious when he tells you that you have to clean up the area where you attach the ground wires. I skipped that step and had dim lights and no brights... Once I made a good clean ground contact, it worked perfectly. This was my mistake, not his.

All in all, a great product that I'd highly recommend. I can drive my Z at night again!
