bumpers 280z

i was just wondering the difference on the bumpers on the 75 280 and the 78 280. Is it possible that the bumpers on a 280 be swaped with an orginal 240 rear bumper? I dont mind the 5 mile bumpers on the front of a 280 but i am not fond of them on the rear.
