Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention or arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body....

BUT

Rather to skid in sideways, Chardonnay in one hand - strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming WOO HOO - WHAT A RIDE!!!

My personal meaning of life....to arrive at my deathbed fully comfortable with the possibility of simply blinking into nonexistence. No afterlife, no pie in the sky, no nothing...if one is content with an eternity of non-being, then one has truly lived.
