OK after calling numerous Z vendors, closer to Fla, for an air pump (pulley bearing shot, what a terribly embarassing noise) for my 72 and finding none in stock, I call MSA and they have one left. Ordered it at 5:00 pm on Wednesday (10/6) and I received it Saturday (10/9) at 9:30 am. It was shipped regular ground form Cali to Fla for $7.00. Now that's what I call exceptional service. I know not everyone here likes MSA but they have always come through in the clutch for us.

The 240Z is now back to being silent but deadly :devious:

I've got to agree with you Vicky, I've had nothing but good service. I've scratched my head when I hear complaints. I can only guess they caught them on a bad day.

I have had a few hiccups along the way with MSA. Mostly with people that seem to be new to their operation. The situation has always been made as right as possible by Sal Perno (the Manager). Their prices (like most places) vary from great to not so great.

Do you have the email address of Sal Perno. I could use his help. I'm having nothing but problems with them. I want to do business with them as being more cost effective in freight being in CA. NZ is a long way aways.
