Hello everyone, i am new to the forum and have already found lots of info on the z car. I recently bought a 77 280z 2+2 and have my hands full. Its a rust bucket with a motor. The tranny wont go into 5th, and i hope there is no 5th, but from what i have found there is, and it shares a fork with reverse that is weak in this year of a car. I will post pictures if i can figure out how to, but just wanted to give an intro and say hello. Hello! :lick:

Welcome to a very informative and friendly site dedicated to "Classic" Z's.

Plenty of people here with similar rust buckets. As you will find, or have already found, these cars amaze us with where rust can feed. Make sure you frequent the galleries and forums for all the info you need. If you can't find it then either someone will point you in the right direction or your thread will help other users at some stage.

So welcome again and congrats on getting a Zed. But be sure of one thing, these cars are very very infectious.

This is a cool place. Nice to know there's a support group out there for the Z infected .I too have a basket case, but rust don't scare me.I'm a bodyman though and a halfassed mechanic.Some of the problems I've run into.......Hope to get a lot of help here.(Wife says I need some kinda' help all the time)
