January 21, 200520 yr comment_109703 Bet MSA quoted only the room rate (without the TAXES that always get applied). Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/13821-msa-10th-anniversay-show-2005/?&page=6#findComment-109703 Share on other sites

MSA said rates are $71.00 a nite but the guy quoted me $79.00 a nite.Z ya ZoonVickyCan't find the Ramada on their web site with this phone number. There are three using Anahiem in their name. Made a reservation at the one on West Katella Ave, (714-991-6868) for $59.00 a nite. Anyone know if this is close by to the show?George Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/13821-msa-10th-anniversay-show-2005/?&page=6#findComment-109729 Share on other sites
January 21, 200520 yr comment_109732 It's pretty close. but not as close as the Ramada in ORANGE, which is the one being called the "Host" hotel for the MSA show. It is on Katella also, but in the city of Orange.EDIT: The host Ramada is actually at 1331 East Katella in Anaheim. Contact info is listed in a later post to this thread. January 21, 200520 yr comment_109735 Carl,Perhaps I'm not seeing it.... I've been to Ramada's web site, under city of Orange, all I get are Anaheim addresses and three pages of other Ramadas in the area. Nothing in Orange. January 22, 200520 yr comment_109736 Hmm, well I *think* it is in Orange. ( from I-5, as you travel East down Katella Road you leave Anaheim and enter Orange) I haven't stayed there the last 2 times I went to MSA. Maybe you should call the number provided by ZRush and ask them how to find their property on the Ramada site.EDIT: Contact infor for the Host Hotel is shown below in a later post. January 22, 200520 yr comment_109738 Thank you Carl.... This Ramada I am staying at according to Mapquest is only 2.8 miles from MSA, I figure I can stagger back to my room from that distance and the price is not so bad..... January 22, 200520 yr comment_109741 I hear you. I was staying at a Best Western that was very close to the MSA show, and I just drove over to the Ramada to check out the cars in the parking lot and have a few drinks on Saturday evening. There are SO many places to stay nearby it is crazy. March 23, 200520 yr Author comment_118138 It's getting close now just in time with the rising gas prices. No rain in southern California in April, right?Vicky Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/13821-msa-10th-anniversay-show-2005/?&page=6#findComment-118138 Share on other sites
March 23, 200520 yr comment_118161 I'm surprised the host-hotel is that far away. There is an "Extended Stay America" within walking distance to the show. That is where I stayed a few years ago. It was nice because I didn't rent a car. I am *TRYING* to see if I can make it this year. But, it doesn't look very likely. I love that show.....
