ya, i see the datsun roadsters misnamed "z"s more often than i would like. looks like a 2000 roadster? i dunno, could be a 1600. i can't tell

It's a 1600. There would be a 'D' emblem in the grille for the 2000 and no emblem in the grille for a 1600.

But the grilles are intechangable and I'm sure that over the years people have put 1600 grilles on 2000's and vice-versa.
