Hi all,

Can someone tell me how the fusible link on the firewall is supposed to be hooked up? There are two white wires and two white/red wires coming into the link box. Should the whites be linked to the white/reds, or should the whites be linked to the whites?

I just got the car and it was setup white to white, white/red to white/red, but it wont start.

If I change it to white to white/red, it starts, but some stuff doesn't work unless the car is running (headlights etc) that should work in just the on or ACC position.

Any help is greatly appreciated, but screwing with it all day and am still waiting for my FSM to arrive in the mail.

1974 260z, bone stock except for SU carbs. Just reentering Z land and picked it up the other day.

I've owned both the 2+2 and now the Coupe. On my Coupe the white/red wire goes to the front( stand on pass. side) under closest to you corner. My 2 wires inside- the front is red and black in the back. Maybe some help. you could get back to me. I've got the full wiring diag. for her. calliebrat
