History Channel Show on Z's

We should do our own show.

Yes

I didn't have high expectations for the show, but it was a pleasent surprise. Some of the rally and prototype footage was great. I would have loved to see more of that like someone else mentioned. I am so glad that Matsuo and his team (area 4?) got the credit for the design of the Z.

The holley carb was a dissapointment, but the nismo competetion header was crazy looking. All in all, one of the better shows. Much better than the one that was on the history channel awhile back about the Z.

Ben

p.s. Was that story about Mr. K ripping Fairlady Z emblems off 240z's true? Fairlady Z is a great name. :)

p.p.s. Another complaint that I had was that they mention the Z as the sports car for America. I understand what they were trying to say, but I much rather them say that it was a sports car intended for all markets.

p.p.s. There was one picture of a 432, and it looked like the 432 badge above the Fairlady Z badge on the fender was edited out. Am I mistaken?

I was just about to post some of my complaints, but they have been pretty much covered already. All I can say is, thank goodness it wasn't Monster Garage. I don't know if I can stand to watch them ruin that Honey Bee this month.

Even John Morton himself said the carb looked like it should be on a 'cup car.'

About Mr. K: I've read many times that he didn't like that name on the Z. He says that himself on the other History Channel show.
