I hate those stinking exhuast manifold bolts... we'll the ones that attach to the intake manifold... grr.. i hate those...

and also some of the screws under the dash by the heater core... by the heater hoses and stuff..

yea the manifold ones! mine was missing two of them so i bought a couple and kept telling myself that i would be able to put them on without burning myself.. you can guess what happened, impatience is bad!

no i have a new one, i was replacing the oil pan gasket and there are hella bolts, at least 15 or 20, and a few of them are a total pain in the arse to screw in, you gotta hold them in a real loose, funky position with two of your fingers and try to screw them in enough untill you can use a tiny wrench and tighten them 30 degrees at a time

I'd have to agree with the steering coupler bolts. There was one that was a real bitch plus you have to get some pressure on it while bending over into the engine bay! I fnally used a cigarette lighter to get it to come loose. Heat works well. After that, prob anything to do with the internal heater hoses.

having just finished a half day marathon change of steering column -i also vote steering coupler bolts...

although, for those of you attempting it, i had someone of adequate strength help (as my socket wrench could only get one click in, so that equated to about 1/12th of a turn each .. go. so i got it on and held it tight - and got someone to turn the steering wheel back and forth (get the front end off the ground). This made life a little easier.

but after that, anything under the infernal dash!

My vote is the exhuast manifold bolts. If you don't have a lift and are working on ramps and the bolt head is stripped due to some *&%$#### that does exhuast work and don't care they are the worst.
