March 11, 200520 yr comment_116095 After my car was rearended, the pass. side bumper shock on my 280Z was bent about a half an inch down ruining the look of the rear end. I didnt even bother buying a new one and and dropping the tank to get to it. Just slotted the bumper shock holes up and used that to adjust the bumper half an inch up. (Was this reasonable??)Also had to deal with heater hose clamps under the dash, the side mirror nut AND the U-joint bolts holding the driveshaft to the diff. Not fun. March 11, 200520 yr comment_116137 I still cuss when thinking about that damn bumper! I ended up taking a grinder to it. and then spent the next ten minutes at the punching bag! Another one just last weekend, which should have been a walk in the park was, the radiator bolt, the first 3 took me like 1 min tops for all of them but the rusty one under all the A/C hoses and other sh*t took about 40min, couldn't get it loose and when i did it was another one of those just enough room to turn it about 1/8 of a turn and then the wrench would fall off!AHHHH i could go insane because of this car!
