280Z conversion

I have 78 280Z 2+2 and am looking to do an engine swap. Will the L28ET bolt right up the existing stock car? If not what kind of mod will have to look forward to?

Also what else must be replaced if I decided to throw a LS1 small block in?

Any help is appreciated. Thank.
