I saw the following on one of the posts here and was wondering if anyone out there has delt this them and what they are like.

Last time I visited was about 6 weeks ago.

Always call before visiting, to make sure he's open, especially on Saturdays.

Has half dozen or so conex boxes in the back filled with parts. Tell him what you need; he may have it already pulled.

PS - stay away from the white 260 on the right hand side, mid-way to the back. I still need to get the vinyl trim out of there. :nervous:

We sometimes differ on price, but 'supply and demand' overrules every time.

Thanks, I think I will make a trip down there from the DC area one saturday, I need to get the linkage for a set of round tops that did not come with the carbs when I got them from EBAY. If that fails I will need to order it from the carb rebuilder kings ZTherapy.

You sure that I can't get that part from the white 260. Na wrong year and type.

You may want to check with Dave over at Datsun Dynamics as they have alot of parts garnered over the years. At least it's not as far to drive?

I'll probably be heading down to Tidewater Z Service in Poquoson,Va. in the next few weeks to check in on the floor/frame rail project on my '78 280Z. They may also be a good source for the parts you're looking for as well.

I been there several times and wasn`t all that impressed.

He wants to much for his stuff.

If you can get into the storage cantainers at the back of his lot, thats were he has the "good stuff".

What carb linkage are you after? I might be able to help.

I have a 73 Z and i purchased a pair of round tops from ebay. They came complete with the air cleaner how ever the linkage from the carbs to the fire wall was missing. that is the linkage I am looking for.
