Hmmmm.....where in central Texas are you?

A 4-speed in a '77...what happened to the 5-speed that should have been in this car? Do you know?

I do believe the 5 speed was introduced in 77. That doesn't mean all 77's came with them. My 78 had a 4 speed.

I see, thank you for the info Vicky. I know that 5-speeds were available in '77...I have one of them. :) I just figured that they all had a 5-speed.

maybe a little over an hour south of me. i'm right off of 287 & 35

I am interested but where is 287 & 35? I'm in Austin so I know 35 but...

If you part it out, Id be interested in the plastic rear strut caps. Unlike the strut caps for the 240's, the later models also cover the should harness retractor. I cracked the right one on my all original 76 280Z and order a replacement from Victoria British but all they have are the "saucer type" strut caps. Anyone know where I might get one or a matched pair?
