Electrical Modifications For Turbo's?

Hey guys, for no reason at all, i just felt like asking: When people swap L28ET's into a 280Z, what do they change in terms of the electrical system?

and what about a Twin Turbo l28, what goes on with the electric system their? i just thought it would be interesting to read up on.
