Posted January 9, 200520 yr comment_107967 Hi everyone, Here I have a picture of my carb, you see there’s a ‘hole’ in the outlet (to the manifold). Can anybody tell me why is that for? Secondly I received a mail with the following kind of insulator, (second picture)! I presume this is a new type of insulator with a rubber seal in it, because normally you only see the aubergine coloured insulators? But why is the ‘island’ for and is it a correct type. I mailed Toysport but they did not have any left, "hope to get some in the future"… Does anybody know another address to buy? The insulator block pictured is the new style anti-vibration insulators, a rubber o-ring fits in the cut out in the insulator to form a seal and cut down on vibration transferred to the carbs from the engine.JLP Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/14598-type-of-mikuni-insulator/#findComment-107992 Share on other sites
