I've come across pictures before. I think it's actually called a 621, or maybe it was just a model of the 620. I used to have a '72 1/2 620 pick up and I found one on the internet while searching for 620 info. I think the area behind the rear seat is a truck bed instead of a trunk... I wish these pictures would show a little more.

Wouldn't that be a "Nissan"? Were they exporting fire trucks in the 30's and didn't want to hurt the Nissan name?
