Aluminum! No seriously... I've seen ones like them before and they had a P on the center cap... I think the company was Progressive...?... Could be another brand too though. A lot of companies have similar wheels.

They look like Centerline "Convo Pro" wheels. Go to there website and look at the pictures.

"P" as in "Prime". But Prime brand wheels are not 2 piece. The Aussie Compmotive (?) makes one that looks just like this one. That's my guess

Roger that Vic. Could be a simulated 2 piece also. But I don't recall the ones like these I've seen having the simulated 2 piece look so most likely you are correct, therefore I award you 10 points.
