Remember all those other vintage American automobiles that Hussein had. I can't believe that those classics had to be destroyed. What was the reason for that? I also remember reading were it just made the troops sick to have to destroy those cars. :disappoin

Did you guys notice in the lone photo at the bottom of the thread there is a caliper on the front left disc. Then in the other photos it's gone.

Can you imagine a local driving around in a clapped out 1964 Lada with leather Ferrari seats and steering wheel with paddle shifts installed?

the caption above the picture on the bottom of the first page:

"Looks like you got to it a bit late. My friend was over there, and had pics of the car with the brake calipers and other stuff on it. He said that soldiers were taking pretty much everything that said ferrari on it. He told me that he's got that piece that sits on top of the intake manifold."

Ed, I wonder how much it would cost to restore it? It might end up not worth it!! LOL:cry:

If you look on page 2 there is a small picture of his 993 and Testarossa. They have been spared it seems.
