I am a new z owner and would like to put the 240z bumpers on my 280. Can't find anywhere on line that tells me how to do so. Also, I have been seeing a lot of pictures of stainless steel or chrome 240 bumpers that look aftermarket and look really good. If you know what they are and where to get them It would really make my day if you could tell me. Thank you for the help.

My 77 had early 74 260Z bumpers on it when I bought it. The 74 has similar shock absorber mounts to the later 280Z and used the same mounting holes to the body.

If you want to use 240Z bumpers you'll have to make your own mounts. There has been discussions here about that subject, a search of the forms should find it.
