I just bought 4 Tokico Gas Struts (HZ 3012) Front Cartridges and (HZ 3013) Rear Cartridges & need for someone to tell me if they would fit on my 01/74 260 Z. Stacey

Stacey, Stacey, Stacey, Did'nt we have this conversation before? I believe they will fit but you shold have went with the KYB's but tokico will work.

I think they are supposed to be HZ3015 (front) and HZ3016 (rear) for the early 260Z's

and HZ3012 & 13 for late 260Z's http://www.morepowerracing.com/product.asp?numPageStartPosition=1&strPageHistory=cat&strKeywords=&strSearchCriteria=&PT_ID=1323&P_ID=2667&btnProduct=More+Details

but I could be wrong

Dave, Dave, Dave....

Yes- I vaguely remember that conversation.

Just changed the distributor, cap, rotor, ignition switch wiring, upped her

temp... She wasn't getting hot enough. Changed the 2nd differential mount.

NOW I'm doing 75- 80 mph. in 3rd. & getting better gas mileage.

How are you & Baby?

Thanx, Stacey

Hey Dave.

Thanx for the help. The ones that we got are now going on the 75 280.

They are too short for the 74 260. Your help was greatly appreiciated.

We are picking up the new Monroes tomorrow a.m. for $40.00 each.

Be nice Carl, At least she put a decent set of Tokico's on the 280Z. I did suggest the KYB's and mentioned that the Tokico's were not that bad. But she made up her mind on the monroes cause they are an "affordable" item at this point in time.

I'm sure that when she can afford them, she'll get another set of Tokico's or KYB's for the 260Z and then she'll know the difference in the ride quality. I quess it's like they say "How can you know good, if you've never experianced bad" author unknown.

Dave.
