Remove the thermostat and the block plug (located on the block below the #6 cylinder (on the manifold side)) and run water through from the thermostat housing to see if it comes out the block plug hole. January 26, 200520 yr comment_110277 I'll ask a dumb question, since you are running elect fans you might not notice but is the fan belt on and is the pump turning when the engine is running?? Second thing is I would pull the thermostat and run things, you should see flow through the radiator like crazy, if you still don't have any flow then you have a problem with a bad hose, waterpump, blocked block or rad...
