going on a road trip anyone wanna come

im planning my road trip from la to pennsylvania. 2439 miles. by the way expedia explains it i can be home in 38 hours and 26 minutes. i only wish.

well ill be threw 40 all the way till i reach oklahoma, then up 44 to 55 the finally up to 70 for the rest of the trip. where i will go threw missori, illinois and indiana and finally west virginia. if any of you fellow Zers are near my route id love to stop by and say hi.

its gonna be a great road trip. anyone wanna come with me

Keep a journal (or good mental account) of your trip. When you get back, write it all down, so those of us that can't go with you can still share in your experience.

It's too bad you're not coming any further south than OK. As ih-10 out of LA will take you within 3 miles of my house in San Antonio! The only thing I can offer though is a place to stay.

So you decided to make the trip anyway. Thats great if thats what ylu really want to do. I really hope the car is all that you expect and want !! Take a journal and wright down your experiences every night when you have the time. If you do you will realise afterwords that it was really worth it. I really hope that every thing goes well for you , it should be a great and fun experience for you , somthing to remember. This is such a beautiful country so see, please take the time to absorbe and enjoy the beauty. Gary

this wont be the first time just the first time in a Z I really cant wait. i had a friend of mine purchase the car for me. he said the car was in pretty good shape. frame rails and floor pans that only he could wish for i dont know if you know of him he frequents www.Zcar.com his name is jeffp. he has an awesome 280ZX turbo 370 rwhp @ 412 ftlbs of torque. cant wait to take a ride:eek: only really bad thing he had to say about the car was a few dings here and there but thats to be expected. told me th engine is great only other thing he thought was bad was the clutch seemed a lil warn. its ok it will be getting my engine and a five speed when it gets home just cant wait to get there. im leaving tommorow sunday moring. hehe maybe i could talk him into letting me stay for the week and going to the msa show next weekend
